Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of pyre.pk and any order you place with Pyre Perfumes ("Pyre", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or place an order.

1. Who we are

Pyre Perfumes is a perfume house based in Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +92 333 6067757, or by email at thepyrestore@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us, including your name, address and phone number, is true and complete.

3. Our products

• Pyre makes its own Eau de Parfum and body care products inspired by the scent profiles of well-known fragrances. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of the original brands. Brand and perfume names are used only to describe a scent profile, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
• Our products are not original designer perfumes and are not sold as such.
• How a fragrance smells, how long it lasts and how far it projects depend on skin type, climate and how it is applied. Descriptions such as "lasts 6 to 10 hours" are typical results, not guarantees.
• Product photos are for illustration. Bottle, cap, colour and packaging may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
• Our products are for external use only. Keep them away from eyes, children, open flames and heat. Patch test on your inner elbow before regular use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Pyre is not responsible for allergic or skin reactions.

4. Prices and offers

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We may change prices, products and offers at any time without notice. Changes don't affect orders that have already been confirmed, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and will let you know.
• Discount codes and offers are subject to their own conditions, such as a minimum order value, a limit of one use per customer, or an expiry date. Codes can't be combined unless stated, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be applied to past orders. We may cancel orders that misuse a code, for example by creating several accounts to use it more than once.
• Free testers and gifts depend on stock. If a chosen tester is unavailable, we may send a similar one. Free items have no cash value.

5. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch it, not when you receive an automatic order email.
• We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders we can't confirm may be cancelled.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, including if an item is out of stock, the details given are incomplete or incorrect, the order looks fraudulent, or the quantity ordered suggests resale. If we cancel an order, you won't be charged.
• Before checkout you must tick the box confirming that you have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy. This agreement is recorded with your order.

6. Payment

All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives. If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason, or it can't be delivered because of incorrect details, we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from your name, phone number or address.

7. Delivery

• We deliver within Pakistan only.
• Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. We aren't responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, strikes or other events outside our control.
• Ownership of and responsibility for the products pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
• Please check the outer parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, take a photo in front of the rider and contact us straight away.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: a broken or defective item must be reported with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we don't offer refunds or exchanges for scent preference.

9. Reviews, messages and content you send us

When you leave a review, send us photos or videos, or tag us on social media, you allow Pyre to use that content, including your first name, on our website and social media to promote our products. We won't share your contact details publicly. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive, false or unlawful content; we may remove any review that breaks these rules.

10. Use of the website

• All content on pyre.pk, including our logo, product names, photos, videos and text, belongs to Pyre or is used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, including by placing fake orders, interfering with its security, or using automated tools to copy its content.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pyre's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan that can't legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

We use your personal information to process and deliver your orders, contact you about them and, if you agree, send you offers. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed with us directly so we can try to resolve it. If it can't be resolved, it will be subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
