Good to know
Are these original designer perfumes?
No. Pyre makes its own Eau de Parfum inspired by the scent profile of well-known perfumes, at a fraction of the price. We're not affiliated with the original brands.
How long does a Pyre perfume last?
Each bottle is a 38% concentration Eau de Parfum. Most customers get 6 to 10 hours on skin, depending on skin type and weather. Spray on moisturised skin and don't rub.
Which sizes do you sell, and what do they cost?
Every scent comes in 30 ml (Rs 1,399) and 50 ml (Rs 2,199), and every bottle includes a free tester of another scent.
Can I try before buying a full bottle?
Yes. The Pyre Tester Kit lets you pick 5 scents for Rs 800, or take our 60-second scent quiz for three personal matches.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash at checkout.
How fast is delivery and what does it cost?
2 to 5 working days in major cities and 3 to 7 in remote areas. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 4,000, otherwise a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and you'll get a tracking link by SMS or email.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Send photos of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it, including return shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes can't be returned otherwise.
Can you make a scent that isn't on the website?
Usually, yes. Message us the perfume's name on WhatsApp and we'll suggest the closest Pyre scent or craft a custom impression.
Are Pyre perfumes OK for sensitive skin?
We use licensed German ethanol and skin-friendly DGP. If you have sensitive skin, patch test on your inner elbow and wait 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us with your order number as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
