Products & Scent Info
What is Pyre?
Pyre is a fragrance house crafting high‑quality impressions inspired by iconic designer scents—delivered at an accessible price point. We are not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with the original brands.
Are your perfumes original designer bottles?
No. Our perfumes are impressions/inspired versions. They’re formulated to capture a similar vibe and scent profile, while being produced by Pyre.
What size and concentration are the bottles?
Standard bottles are 50 ml Eau de Parfum (EDP).
How long do they last?
Longevity varies by skin chemistry and weather, but EDP typically lasts 6–10 hours. For best performance, spray on moisturized skin and pulse points; don’t rub.
Do you have scents for men, women, and unisex?
Yes—our collections include Masculine, Feminine, and Unisex profiles.
What do your scents smell like?
Each scent page lists key notes (e.g., citrus, woods, amber). If you enjoy a specific designer perfume, check the product descriptions—many list the designer they’re inspired by.
Do you offer samples or testers?
Not at the moment. Travel sizes/samples are under consideration—follow our socials or join the newsletter for updates.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are cosmetic‑grade, but sensitivity can vary. We recommend a patch test (spray on the inside of your elbow and wait 24 hours). Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes.
Are your perfumes cruelty‑free?
We do not test our fragrances on animals.
Pricing & Promotions
How much do your perfumes cost?
Most bottles are currently priced around PKR 2,300 (before any promotions). Prices and offers may change—see each product page for the latest.
Do you run discounts or bundles?
Occasionally—keep an eye on banners, the product pages, or subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive deals.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and prepaid options such as bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash. Payment instructions appear at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP with your order number. We’ll do our best to modify or cancel it before dispatch.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes—you’ll get a confirmation by email/SMS with your order details. A shipping update with tracking follows after dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide within Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. As a guideline: 0–1 kg = PKR 150; each additional kg = +PKR 150. Final rates appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for remote areas, after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/email once your parcel is booked with the courier.
How are the bottles packed?
We use protective packaging designed to minimize breakage during transit.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return a perfume?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances are not returnable. We gladly replace or refund if you received a wrong item or a damaged/defective product—please report within 48 hours of delivery.
What proof do you need for a damage/incorrect item claim?
Please share clear photos (and an optional unboxing video) of the parcel, inner packaging, and the product label within 48 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the mistake is on us or the item arrived damaged, we cover the return/replacement shipping. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
How do refunds work for COD orders?
Refunds for COD are issued via bank transfer or store credit after the returned item passes inspection (typically 5–7 working days from receipt).
I entered the wrong address/phone number. What now?
Contact us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the details. If it has shipped, we’ll work with the courier to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed.
Gifting & Bulk Orders
Do you offer gift messages or gift wrap?
Yes—leave a note at checkout or contact us with your order number, and we’ll add a complimentary gift note. Gift wrap is available on request.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. For events, giveaways, or corporate gifting, please reach out with quantity and timeline for a tailored quote.
Care & Storage
How should I store my perfume?
Keep bottles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Re‑cap tightly after use.
Why does the scent smell different on me than on someone else?
Body chemistry, climate, and application method affect how a fragrance opens, projects, and lasts—this is normal.
